Drama coaching is about finding yourself through the means of coaching and drama. You lead the way, I follow and suggest exercises to try out in relation to the coaching and the themes brought up.
You may want to build on your self confidence or improve your stage fright. Perhaps there are relations you'd like to understand better and explore in your life. Everything is possible because we start from where you're at. There will be activities for body awareness and body language as well as themes of mental training and ie visualisations.
We usually meet up first to talk things through and the first session comes at reduced rate so you get a feel for it.
